Warranty and Return Policy


Safari Straps offers a 1 year warranty from date of purchase from manufacturer’s defects, with proof of purchase. No warranty is given against hardware or powder coating.

No warranty is given on normal wear and tear, or negligence. This includes damages created by trees, bushes, rocks, animals, etc...

All claims must be made in writing, by mail, fax or email directly to Safari Straps. A copy of the original receipt MUST be provided by the buyer.

Safari Nets will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Our nets are not designed as a restraint for animals or humans; please check your Auto manual for the proper application of restraints. Our nets are designed to look attractive and may hold back small and light items.

Cargo should always be tied down and secured. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of our nets.


Return and Refund Policy

 Our policy for returns is 14 days from receipt of merchandise for a refund, less shipping charges. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on CUSTOM or MODIFIED orders. All shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense. We charge a 5% Restocking Fee on returned merchandise. Conditions for a refund are as follows:

Merchandise needs to be returned UNUSED with all accessories enclosed and be RE-SELLABLE.

All returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization number and a receipt of original purchase. Please call or email us for this number.

After 14 days, no refunds or credit will be given.

We strongly recommend you insure all packages before shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise while in transit. We assume liability once it has reached our facilities.
